I've never endure so much incompetence service and lack of assistance from consultants, technicians basically the whole Telekom employees I wonder if the exco nd directors even hv best interest in heart for their customers or just ****en enjoy ****ming customers like the company does. I have a case since from the 8th Feb 2024 ND the case was logged for further investigation which I've been expecting it since Saturday, not long ago I receive a call nd the true caller shows it's from Telekom but when I answer the call it's dropped from the other end, when I call customer care to query about it the consultant tells me on the notes it's written wrong number nd the person they spoke to request that the case should be closed while I wasn't the person they call even the times are not the same, notes were uploaded at 11:00 yet I received that now pass 15:00 during the day. Teljom is a **** guys I wouldn't recommend it to any one as I've been having bad experience from their contract now it's with prepaid.
