I've never endure so much incompetence service and lack of assistance from consultants, technicians basically the whole Telekom employees I wonder if the exco nd directors even hv best interest in heart for their customers or just ****en enjoy ****ming customers like the company does. I have a case since from the 8th Feb 2024 ND the case was logged for further investigation which I've been expecting it since Saturday, not long ago I receive a call nd the true caller shows it's from Telekom but when I answer the call it's dropped from the other end, when I call customer care to query about it the consultant tells me on the notes it's written wrong number nd the person they spoke to request that the case should be closed while I wasn't the person they call even the times are not the same, notes were uploaded at 11:00 yet I received that now pass 15:00 during the day. Teljom is a **** guys I wouldn't recommend it to any one as I've been having bad experience from their contract now it's with prepaid.
Telekom service is bull**** even their WhatsApp app it's a waist of time as it's not user friendly. Their consultants are *********** not even sure how is their selection process during job interviews. I've been loading airtime since on the 8th Feb 2024 and been disappearing when I call their customer care their consultants cnt even give solution or resolve my problem as their system doesn't show the info you giving them worse the platform they advise to go to are not what you're advised. I had a contract with them and till today my case is not resolved yet the bill escalate on monthly basis. Telekom is a ****ed up network with its ****en retarded employees that can't be able to render quality service and they forever clueless with many things.
I was an employee of standard bank from 2014/12/01-2018/11/28. I was unfairly dismissed and since we parted ways with them i haven't received my monies instead im told to contact Alexandra Forbes to get what is due to me. What frustrates me is that when i call Alexandra Forbes to enquir about my claim i find out it was not processed due to lack of information from standard bank or administrator to verify actuaries of my personal information. I have called numerous times with regard to this problem and everytime im told they waiting for confirmation, when i ask who are the actuaries and where are they located im told they cant give that information away neither their contacts, i then requested to be Cced on the email still they cant do that. My frustration is that the period this has been running has dragged for so long and it annoys me that im told after the confirmation the process will then takes its normal period of another 8-12 weeks for the claim to be paid out. I kindly request your intervention on this matter. Your response will be highly appreciated Regards Lawrence.
