The worse trip planned by IGO Travel

We were quoted to travel from 26 June 2023 and return 6 July 2023 to Portugal, Paris and France. After we paid we received our trip with the same cost with a day lesser. 26 June 2023 till 5 July 2023. We were charged for 3 rooms for 4 people sharing instead 2 rooms. Brandon the sales agent confirmed in writing that we did not require a transit visa to fly via London. When we arrived at the airport British airways refused us entry. We had to book a flight from OR Tambo via Dubai to Lisbon. Emirates failed to fly out and we had to fly out on the 27 June 2023 at 20:00. No apologies from BRANDON no assistance and he says he will refund partial flight after 6 weeks. I don't even believe it will happen so we are now canceling the trip as there is no point anymore. Never use IGO travel, you will regret it.
