I was a client to one company that had a contract with iHappifyFibre to provide us internet. I paid in advance then the contract was terminated between this company and iHappifyFibre. iHappifyFibre requested all the details so they can process the refunds. I provided everything and 1 year later I still haven't received my refund, at first they would answer my calls, as time went by, they stopped answering totally. I tried contacting them on facebook account and they just read the messages and not respond. The worse company when it comes to customer care. Do business with them at your own risk
