IIke's Motorcycle & Scooter Clinic - owned by a **** artist

Ike the owner of this business is a **** and a **** artist. I asked him to sell my scooter almost 2 years ago. He insisted I give him the papers for my scooter in order to sell the bike which I did as I trusted him at the time. From that moment on for almost 2 years I got every excuse under the sun as to why he was having problems selling my scooter. To date he has paid me R7000 and there is still R3000 outstanding. I have literally been begging this man to pay me my money but when I call him, he either does not take my call or he sends me an automatic message saying he will call me later and then he never does.
