Auto spares ****mer company

I would like to lay a complaint against a auto spares company named

Ikor auto spares 428 Chris Hani Rd, Briardene ,Durban

I bought an indicator switch from them 3 weeks (17/09/2025)ago and the part was defective, I returned the part and was given another part which was defective aswell, this happened 3 times before I requested a refund

Up until today 14/10/2025 I have not recieved my refund despite numerous calls visits and even a response from the owner
