I would like to lay a complaint against a auto spares company named Ikor auto spares 428 Chris Hani Rd, Briardene ,Durban I bought an indicator switch from them 3 weeks (17/09/2025)ago and the part was defective, I returned the part and was given another part which was defective aswell, this happened 3 times before I requested a refund Up until today 14/10/2025 I have not recieved my refund despite numerous calls visits and even a response from the owner

Ikor auto parts spares in New Germany (Pine Town) has a horrible costumer service. I bought spares for my hyundai grand i10 on the 15 of March 2025 they asked for a VIN number but still they supp**** me with the wrong parts.Went back to return the stuff on the same day we were told they going to wait for me but only for me to get there and they closed up and left.When i go back there on Monday i was only givin a apology and ask to pay another R1600 more for the right parts. After me asking for a discount because i ubered 2 days there and the mech was charging me more for an extra day of my car because i supp**** incorrect spares i was given attitude and told the parts are sold individually. Horrible costumer service and failure to refund saying they dont do cash refund then why in the first place take cash payments.As for their so called manager or what ever he is in the company Malcolm who is not available all of the time or only available when the girls from the store call him with their private phones i tried so many times to call him but never answered my call only for the girl assisting me to call him and he answered. This shop is a joke because the girl assisting me instead of resovling my issue went and attended to another guy. This shop is a rip of and will never go there again.If you need spares for your car rather go other places than this shady place so you wont be stressed out like me. The question is how many other people did they rip of like this. Ikor-auto-parts is a no no from me guys i will never return to that place again

Afternoon Kindly help me in this matter.on the 4th October I put the deposit of R800.00 for the 2window switches of my car at IKor Auto parts at New germany in Pinetown as per suggestion of the electrician .I didn't have cash as I am not working.The electrician checked the car on the following day and found that there was no need for the new switches and both windows were sorted.on the 6th I went back to the shop and told them the story only to find that they refused to refund me and yet there was only a notice that says parts are not to be returned.The lady was so rude saying I must even after 10yrs and take anything for this amount and ended up being helped by another lady as this one left me like that though I ended up leaving the shop . Please help I really need my money back. Regards

2 weeks back i called ikor parts in Pinetown and spoke to Kelly, who had given a price for a Renualt Triber Bonnet R3950 including Vat , which i was happy with , i then asked her if she has them in colours or just in black .her response was i will call u back and 2 weeks later no phone call so i called her today , now she gives me a price of R5900 excluding vat.I said to her that not what the price i was quoted her response was you never spoke to me , and this the new stock price .People be aware of Ikor Parts

I purchased gearbox mountings from Ikor on 23 February this year. It was returned on 02 March 2018. It's now over a month later and I still have not received my refund. Malcolm Thumbiren has not even had the courtesy of returning my calls or responding to my email, however, whenever I called I got told there's a 20% handling fee. Is it fair that Ikor not refund me but also gains interest from my money? This is their business ethic.... very very sad. I have now resorted to liaising with my attorney and publishing this on all social media networks
