Ikor auto parts spares in New Germany (Pine Town) has a horrible costumer service. I bought spares for my hyundai grand i10 on the 15 of March 2025 they asked for a VIN number but still they supp**** me with the wrong parts.Went back to return the stuff on the same day we were told they going to wait for me but only for me to get there and they closed up and left.When i go back there on Monday i was only givin a apology and ask to pay another R1600 more for the right parts. After me asking for a discount because i ubered 2 days there and the mech was charging me more for an extra day of my car because i supp**** incorrect spares i was given attitude and told the parts are sold individually. Horrible costumer service and failure to refund saying they dont do cash refund then why in the first place take cash payments.As for their so called manager or what ever he is in the company Malcolm who is not available all of the time or only available when the girls from the store call him with their private phones i tried so many times to call him but never answered my call only for the girl assisting me to call him and he answered. This shop is a joke because the girl assisting me instead of resovling my issue went and attended to another guy. This shop is a rip of and will never go there again.If you need spares for your car rather go other places than this shady place so you wont be stressed out like me. The question is how many other people did they rip of like this. Ikor-auto-parts is a no no from me guys i will never return to that place again
