I purchased gearbox mountings from Ikor on 23 February this year. It was returned on 02 March 2018. It's now over a month later and I still have not received my refund. Malcolm Thumbiren has not even had the courtesy of returning my calls or responding to my email, however, whenever I called I got told there's a 20% handling fee. Is it fair that Ikor not refund me but also gains interest from my money? This is their business ethic.... very very sad. I have now resorted to liaising with my attorney and publishing this on all social media networks
