Poor service IKura express.

I needed test strips for a Glucometer. IKura replied that they had these. Our payment through Payfast R1700 went through immediately. Four days later we got a phone call to say the strips were out of stock. We asked for our payment to be reversed. No payment has been received, email address seems incorrect. Is this a SCAM.
