Credit paid out.... Thank you Ikura Express!!
In December 2022, I ordered a Samsung S22 phone cover in the burgandy color; paid for it and waited a rather long time as the store was out of stock of the colour I wanted. Eventually I settled for the black (cheaper) one. Long story short.... the credit owed to me was done effortlessly. Kudos to Filicity at Ikura Express. Not too shabby.

Ikura Express, what a waste of time they are
SHOCKING WASTE OF TIME!! Advertises an Amplifier I wanted to buy for R13,000. I called up to speak to them - first it went to Voicemail, then a pleasant lady called me back asking how she could help, so I gave her the make and model of the Marantz Amplifier advertised on Google for R13,000. She said she had to ask her manager and again asked if she could call me back, which she did.... I was concerned about her lack of knowledge, BUT here's the thing...... THE PRICE HAD GONE UP TO R21,000 > from the advertised price of R13,000 unbelievably. She wanted to blame their suppliers, so I politely suggested they sort out their marketing, and advertise correct prices She wanted to try and get her manager to get a lower price for me, which she did when she again called me back, another R500 lower than the R21,000!!!! What a waste of time and a joke of a company Ikura Express is. I wouldn't trust them with a sandwich after this pathetic debacle.

I've placed an order with iKura Express and now I'm unable to get any response from them
I've placed an order with iKura Express and now I'm unable to get any response from them. I've tried the number on the website 087 750 0500.

Item not received in the specified period an 10 days have past with no estimated date iof arrival. I want to cancel this order
My item was meant to be delivered the week of the 10th of April, but they keep saying the shipment hasn’t arrived. I have now asked for a refund, but no action has been take. The item was a gift if I knew that there were delayed, I would have cancelled earlier. Overall their service is pathetic

Ikura express scam
I have ordered goods from the in 2022 and I am still waiting, they mail me this generic email that they are waiting for stock. I demanded a refund because they can't deliver and now they have stopped responding to my emails. I think they are an online scam!!!

I have ordered goods from the in 2022 and I am still waiting, they mail me this generic email that they are waiting for stock. I demanded a refund because they can't deliver and now they have stopped responding to my emails. I think they are an online scam!!!

Poor service IKura express.
I needed test strips for a Glucometer. IKura replied that they had these. Our payment through Payfast R1700 went through immediately. Four days later we got a phone call to say the strips were out of stock. We asked for our payment to be reversed. No payment has been received, email address seems incorrect. Is this a SCAM.
