Do not use The Courier Guy they are *****s
Don’t use this courier. I ordered a collection for today. I paid ovn Saturday. Which is 1-2 days from JHB to Cape Town. Only to be delivered 8 days later. They are *****s. You can’t promise and pay for a over night delivery including weekend collection to only arrive 8 days. Why would I pay overnight and the additional weekend fee. Also so communication is so bad. Customer service is *********** to understand this is a system glitch. They don’t actually deserve a 1 start rating. I am completely disgusted with their communication. I have been using them in the past but never have I experienced service like this.

Item not received in the specified period an 10 days have past with no estimated date iof arrival. I want to cancel this order
My item was meant to be delivered the week of the 10th of April, but they keep saying the shipment hasn’t arrived. I have now asked for a refund, but no action has been take. The item was a gift if I knew that there were delayed, I would have cancelled earlier. Overall their service is pathetic

Product delivery
It has been almost 2 months and I still haven’t received a tracking order for my item. They keep saying the supplier is delayed. They should give you a specified time, but every time they do not deliver.
