A NIGHTMARE House Purchase in Mosselbaai. Paid Cash. Lew Geffen Sotheby’s Mosselbaai. I have had real nightmares and a severe loss of sleep over my house purchase. Two years of hell. All totally avoidable, but NOT if you are Lew Geffen Sotheby's. Two years in and I have lost an absolute fortune. Left with numerous repairs. Been blatantly **** to by Lew Geffen Sotheby’s Had to stop working in my own business trying to deal with the lies and deceit from Lew Geffen Sotheby’s This is a total nightmare being literally in jail in my own house for Two Years I have made phone calls, created videos and photos that are date and time stamped to validate everything. Witnesses Had a meeting in person with two very junior branch members of staff who were charming, polite and pleasant. However, no solution to my problems, just trying to deflect everything. I did however, with their written permission, voice record most of the meeting. There are, to summarise, there’s a vast amount more to this than you can see here: Proven Patent & Latent Defects. Major Defects. No disclosure. No Handover. Unfair Contract Terms. Key contractual conditions have been ignored by Lew Geffen Sotheby’s Forcing me to sign the Contract at 9am on a Sunday morning under her pressure of time while I was on vacation before I flew back to the UK because Annette or a colleague from Lew Geffen Sotheby’s had made a mistake is totally unacceptable. I remember it well. There’s a witness to this. Defective and misleading contract of sale, sent remotely, no explanation in person or otherwise about the word Voetstoots or any aspect of this *****ulent misrepresentation from Lew Geffen Sotheby’s. Snagging list sent in within 7 days of occupation to Lew Geffen Sotheby’s, deflected to previous occupant who remains complicit throughout, by **** comprehensively: Gert Koning of Just Property, Marsh Street, Mosselbaai, CBD is implicated. Snagging list duly ignored by Lew Geffen Sotheby’s. TRULY OUTRAGEOUS AND DISGUSTING FROM LEW GEFFEN SOTHEBY'S LEW GEFFEN SOTHEBY'S ARE A TOTAL DISGRACE.

INCREDIBLE INCOMPETENCE AND A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!! THE MOST USELESS WEBSITE AT CHECKOUT...I HAVE THE PROOF OF HOW INCREDIBLY USELESS THIS STUPID COMPANY'S WEBSITE IS. IT ABSOLUTELY MUST LEARN FROM THESE STUPIDLY INCREDIBLE TIME WASTING INCIDENTS. NOT A GOOD WAY TO RUN A WEBSITE. WAITS FOR THE EXCUSES OF LIABILITY AS A RESPONSE, NOT A CHANCE OF A SOLUTION I SUPPOSE???????

Ikura Express, what a waste of time they are
SHOCKING WASTE OF TIME!! Advertises an Amplifier I wanted to buy for R13,000. I called up to speak to them - first it went to Voicemail, then a pleasant lady called me back asking how she could help, so I gave her the make and model of the Marantz Amplifier advertised on Google for R13,000. She said she had to ask her manager and again asked if she could call me back, which she did.... I was concerned about her lack of knowledge, BUT here's the thing...... THE PRICE HAD GONE UP TO R21,000 > from the advertised price of R13,000 unbelievably. She wanted to blame their suppliers, so I politely suggested they sort out their marketing, and advertise correct prices She wanted to try and get her manager to get a lower price for me, which she did when she again called me back, another R500 lower than the R21,000!!!! What a waste of time and a joke of a company Ikura Express is. I wouldn't trust them with a sandwich after this pathetic debacle.
