Just want to apologise for a precious entry, I was confused with Cartime Fairview and City Service centre Fairview. Cartime Fairview have excellent service. I will recommend them anytime. Their staff is friendly and offered to help fix my vehicle after the bad service I got from City service centre Fairviev.
I took my Polo TDI 1.6 for a small diesel leak at the injector leak off return pipe, was quoted it was just a small 8mm o-ring replacement. Paid for fix and two hour labour, but it still leaked a little. Took it back the next day, was told it's the inject o-ring, but can't get hold of it and use tape and silicone to fix it. NOW my car that was driving perfect it making a loud noise(diesel knock i was told) and misfiring. I was it might sort itself out? How can you guarantee workmanship like this? A perfect car is now worse off and I had to pay for it! This is really poor service from Fairviev Gqeberha branch Today their complaints department basically told me that they are not responsible, they fixed the leak even if they broke an injector to do it, they really don't make sense or want to take accountability for their actions. POOR SERVICE!

I am trying for two months to get my contract (mont to month ) cancelled. They promised on a ticket it will be stopped by 31/11/2024, but they just keep debit my account. The service has been stopped for almost two months. I submitted tickets but with zero response. Really unprofessional!!!
This really angers me, I have been sitting at home waiting for my parcel the whe day, when I query it online, the reply was from the driver that nobody was home and my phone is off. That is a complete lie. I received goods from checkers sixty/60, like every day. I stay in a townhouse complex and the gate rings to my phone and there was nothing. I checked my phone history and no missed calls and no missed calls from the gate. So how was I not at home? Is nobody taking responsibility for this unprofessional service, this is really poor service from the Port Elizabeth branch and nobody is accountable for this unprofessional service!
Trying for 3 weeks to withdraw my balance,but keep getting a message to be verified. Send the documents and nothing, no reply from my mails or the support tickets. It's a ****!
I have bought a birthday gift from them on the 12/07/2023, today is the 29/08/2023 and I still have not received my package. They keep sending me a generic email of they will receive feedback from the courier company in 5-8 days, but nothing is happening. I request a refund but they don't want to and can't give me an answer when my package will arrive. I believe its just another online ****!!!
