The Illembe staff are most unhelpful. The doesburg area has no water for 5 days, we attempted to call the office daily but to no satisfaction. The staff are either rude, not competent to transfer calls to the correct departments, or to even answer the question at hand. From switchboard to Ravi in finance, to the call centre, to khano, to nhlanhla and they keep passing the buck. In addition the to the above doesburg residents are rate payers too, the water issue persists the for months on end, while surrounding Llindelani and Stanger manor have water at those times. I would love to see new staff, new faces with the hunger to serve the community, sound empathetic even if your must pretend.
