Not worth the follow ups you'll do to get an update on unfulfilled order
Order placed on the 7th June 2024. No update until I followed up on the 24th June and got a response from Safia on the 26th June with a "I will look into this and get back to you". It's the 18th July today and after multiple email follow ups and leaving follow up comments on their social media page, still no answer. Completely unprofessional and infringes on consumer rights. I'm annoyed at having ordered from them. Save yourself the headache!

14 Aug 2024, 13:23My emails are now showing as undeliverable and I have been blocked on Instagram. However, when my friend goes on their profile, they are still advertising goods!!! Dishonourable business!
