This is my second bag I ordered from Ilundi. Although some stitching is not done neatly (gives the bag character), my bag arrived today and I love it. Very good craftsmanship, friendly staff and lovely packaging! Thank you for the free shipping! 🙏

I ordered a Tan colored bag in August 2024 as a birthday gift to myself. Upon receiving the bag, I found it to be a different color but paid it no mind as it is a beautiful bag. Only upon taking out the straps a few weeks later I realised the straps are indeed tan and that my bag is darker in color, which I then realised they in fact sent me the wrong color bag. I've never worn the bag. I sent them an email, I have DM'd them, I have sent WhatsApp messages, with no response to any of them. I am very disappointed in the company, the bags are not cheap. They really have no communication skills, but as soon as you order they are in a hurry to email you or send you a WhatsApp informing you that you've left something in your cart. All I wanted was an acknowledgement of their error and either sending me the color straps that match my bag or my original tan color bag. If they could respond I honestly would have forgiven the mistake of the wrong color bag, but this customer service is pathetic to say the least and I will not recommend them to anyone or make a purchase from them again in future

I placed an order for a bag in September 2024. They are really lovely bags. Well after payment. You will not receive thorough updates about your order. And after Id read some reviews in here, I decided to be proactive and follow up on my order myself. I found someone that referred me to someone, that left the business and reffered me to someone else. The last individual I was reffered to was Blessing, she makes the bags. And she told me the reason their bags take longer. It depends on the acquiring leather or reception thereof, not sure if it's cut offs. Depending on the order and what leather they have that can provide for the order there's a waiting game. They are not great at customer service and updates however be patient. Speak with blessing, she'll tell you the truth about your order. Ultimately your bag will arrive in mint condition as you'd saw from the website. Blessing is the labour here, she's a small business. Give her a chance and understand. Thanks.

Order placed on the 7th June 2024. No update until I followed up on the 24th June and got a response from Safia on the 26th June with a "I will look into this and get back to you". It's the 18th July today and after multiple email follow ups and leaving follow up comments on their social media page, still no answer. Completely unprofessional and infringes on consumer rights. I'm annoyed at having ordered from them. Save yourself the headache!

After placing my order with Ilundi on 26 June, I came across loads of negative reviews which really did not give me much hope for receiving my order at all. After reaching out a couple times, I was given the number for a sales consultant named Cam, who was great. He assured my order would be received successfully and it was. He kept to his word, followed up with me at each stage of the process and my order successfully arrived yesterday. The bag is beautiful and I am really happy to share my positive experience.

After reaching out a couple times, I was given the number for a sales consultant named Cam, who was great. He assured my order would be received successfully and it was. He kept to his word, followed up with me at each stage of the process and my order successfully arrived yesterday. The bag is beautiful and I am really happy to share my positive experience.

When I tried to elicit a response on social media, my comments were promptly deleted and my profile blocked. However, she relentlessly markets her products and when contacted for new business, she responds within minutes and indicates processing time as 7 days. I am astounded at her dishonour and wish I could save prospective clients from the sure unhappiness that awaits them.

I am so disappointed by the lack of communication and service delivery on my order. I really respected and loved all ILundi leather products. In the past I have ordered 4 bags and placed another order with the intention of giving it as a birthday gift to a family member. I recognized that the date in which I placed the order it would not be ready on time for the birthday gift however I expected it the following week yet nearly another whole month has passed and still no bag and I have immigrated so can’t receive it. I have emailed, sent WhatsApp messages as stated that you can on their online web page. I have tried phoning and the phones don’t even ring. Has something happened to the business? Is it going under so it can’t carry through and complete orders placed? Has it been sold and business owners don’t care for their customers? I am very confused as this never happened to me in the past with them. I waited for the lead time for the bags to be made but they always came. Why is this different now? I find it hard to believe that no one cares. Furthermore it is frustrating to see their media team still able to make posts on Instagram and Facebook but struggle to respond to paying customers. Definitely won’t be buying from Ilundi again.
