I placed an order for a bag in September 2024. They are really lovely bags. Well after payment. You will not receive thorough updates about your order. And after Id read some reviews in here, I decided to be proactive and follow up on my order myself. I found someone that referred me to someone, that left the business and reffered me to someone else. The last individual I was reffered to was Blessing, she makes the bags. And she told me the reason their bags take longer. It depends on the acquiring leather or reception thereof, not sure if it's cut offs. Depending on the order and what leather they have that can provide for the order there's a waiting game. They are not great at customer service and updates however be patient. Speak with blessing, she'll tell you the truth about your order. Ultimately your bag will arrive in mint condition as you'd saw from the website. Blessing is the labour here, she's a small business. Give her a chance and understand. Thanks.
Interacted with Ibrahim Jamodien, in cancelation of home insurance. I love how he was eager to help, kept asking if there was anything he could assist me, blithely. On a Monday afternoon.
