Love my new bag!
This is my second bag I ordered from Ilundi. Although some stitching is not done neatly (gives the bag character), my bag arrived today and I love it. Very good craftsmanship, friendly staff and lovely packaging! Thank you for the free shipping! 🙏

Cancellation of Debit order
A lady call to give me a cancer benefit which I initially accepted with a debit order. (They said I can cancel at any time as I am on another good health plan) A day after I called to cancel the debit order, and checking my debit orders now, they never cancelled it after they fought hard so that I won’t cancel on them. They just ignored my request to cancel the benefit.

Apple Watch got lost
Apple Watch Missing from Parcel – Poor Handling, Security, and Follow-Up I recently used Pudo, a courier service by The Courier Guy, to receive a parcel that was securely packaged when sent. However, when it arrived, the package was loose at the bottom and wet, making it vulnerable to tampering. By the time it reached me, the Apple Watch inside was missing. I contacted Pudo’s customer support, and while one representative was willing to assist, I haven’t received any feedback yet—and honestly, I doubt that I ever will. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, as Pudo’s handling and security measures seem inadequate to prevent such issues, even with non-valuable items.

I recently used Pudo to receive a parcel that was securely packaged when sent. However, when it arrived, the package was loose at the bottom and wet, making it vulnerable to tampering. By the time it reached me, the Apple Watch inside had been ******. I contacted Pudo’s customer support, and while one representative was willing to assist, I haven’t received any feedback yet—and honestly, I doubt that I ever will. Attached was proof that I tracked the Apple watch by my phone. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, as Pudo’s handling and security measures seem inadequate to prevent theft, even of non-valuable items.
