I ordered a Tan colored bag in August 2024 as a birthday gift to myself. Upon receiving the bag, I found it to be a different color but paid it no mind as it is a beautiful bag. Only upon taking out the straps a few weeks later I realised the straps are indeed tan and that my bag is darker in color, which I then realised they in fact sent me the wrong color bag. I've never worn the bag. I sent them an email, I have DM'd them, I have sent WhatsApp messages, with no response to any of them. I am very disappointed in the company, the bags are not cheap. They really have no communication skills, but as soon as you order they are in a hurry to email you or send you a WhatsApp informing you that you've left something in your cart. All I wanted was an acknowledgement of their error and either sending me the color straps that match my bag or my original tan color bag. If they could respond I honestly would have forgiven the mistake of the wrong color bag, but this customer service is pathetic to say the least and I will not recommend them to anyone or make a purchase from them again in future
I had a really pleasant experience with Stanton on the phone, he was really good at explaining everything and overall I'm happy with the service
