I am so disappointed by the lack of communication and service delivery on my order. I really respected and loved all ILundi leather products. In the past I have ordered 4 bags and placed another order with the intention of giving it as a birthday gift to a family member. I recognized that the date in which I placed the order it would not be ready on time for the birthday gift however I expected it the following week yet nearly another whole month has passed and still no bag and I have immigrated so can’t receive it. I have emailed, sent WhatsApp messages as stated that you can on their online web page. I have tried phoning and the phones don’t even ring. Has something happened to the business? Is it going under so it can’t carry through and complete orders placed? Has it been sold and business owners don’t care for their customers? I am very confused as this never happened to me in the past with them. I waited for the lead time for the bags to be made but they always came. Why is this different now? I find it hard to believe that no one cares. Furthermore it is frustrating to see their media team still able to make posts on Instagram and Facebook but struggle to respond to paying customers. Definitely won’t be buying from Ilundi again.
It is strongly advised to avoid utilizing the services of Elite Service Centre in the Glenwood area due to their lack of professionalism, ********* practices, and poor communication with customers. Despite being a loyal customer for over a decade and utilizing their services annually for my Kirby vacuum cleaner, my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. In October 2023, after receiving an SMS demanding payment for a service without any formal invoice or notification of changed banking details, I encountered significant difficulties attempting to make the payment, raising concerns of potential ***** or ****s. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation by paying into the previously used account, Elite Service Centre refused to return my machine until I paid an additional sum into a different account. After three months of withholding my machine and multiple broken promises of reimbur*****t, I was forced to pay the demanded amount in order to retrieve my machine, even having to make a special trip to collect it. Despite assurances of a prompt refund, it has now been four months with no reimbur*****t received. Their communication is sporadic and unhelpful, with promises of callbacks and resolutions that never materialize. The management, including Alvin, Ricardo, and Markus, have shown a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and refuse to take responsibility for their actions. It is imperative to caution others against using their services, as this company cannot be trusted with your money or your satisfaction.
