IMILE LOGISTICS - PATHETIC SERVICE - USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK

I wish there was an option to rate them zero . Their service is easily one of the most pathetic levels of service I have ever encountered , I asked several days ago as to if I could get an estimate on a delivery date, every day I send emails regarding this , everyday there is no response. Do youll not employ people to answer emails ????? What do i need to do to get a response? They sent my package back to headoffice , why I do not know.
