IMPAC warranty is nonsense

The worst and i can safely say a **** of a company. Honest claim was put through for a cooling system issue on my car and declined the claim saying that they don't cover it. I'm supposed to be covered for R6000 and they declined it and now i have to pay the dealer myself. these guys can suck it. they are are beyond horrible. i have to take this matter forward.
