I'm extreme disappointment with my experience with iMPAC Underwriting. I'm left feeling completely unsupported and questioning the value of my policy. "Zultan Treeby" you have made my life miserable. My frustration comes from a pattern of inconsistent decisions. In February, a claim for R10 500 was declined, forcing me to pay out of pocket. Today, I've had another claim for R8 900 declined with a generic explanation, citing a policy clause about oil leaks. It feels like they are making arbitrary "self-decisions" without considering the specifics of my situation. Unfortunately, with Impac, it feels like they are actively looking for any reason to deny a claim rather than assist a long-standing client. The lack of clarity and frustrating inconsistency in their decisions is deeply concerning and frankly, stressful.

Got my policy via Jaguar Landrover Sandton. You would think that a luxury brand like JLR would sell products that would meet or exceed the expectations of their type of clientele, so I have no idea why they would bundle in products from the likes of Impac. I have a Body Maintenance policy with them. It states limits of R4k / quarter, but nowhere in their policy do they state you have to do each repair individually (i.e. you can't take the vehicle in once a year and get all the different claim instances done at the same time). Rude and unhelpful staff. Avoid like the plague!

The worst and i can safely say a **** of a company. Honest claim was put through for a cooling system issue on my car and declined the claim saying that they don't cover it. I'm supposed to be covered for R6000 and they declined it and now i have to pay the dealer myself. these guys can suck it. they are are beyond horrible. i have to take this matter forward.

not the best mechanical warranty to join, i really regret joining them, it has been two weeks and no payment to the mechanics that were fixing my car , they calling me everyday asking for their money from impac but impac has not paid for 2 weeks , busy saying the invoice is incorrect, while there is nothing wrong with the invoice.... such bad service should not be tolerated @Roshe Mills, please pay MFC panel beaters for fixing my car and stop finding ways of not to pay. ref: CNECVAZ00105
