Got my policy via Jaguar Landrover Sandton. You would think that a luxury brand like JLR would sell products that would meet or exceed the expectations of their type of clientele, so I have no idea why they would bundle in products from the likes of Impac.
I have a Body Maintenance policy with them. It states limits of R4k / quarter, but nowhere in their policy do they state you have to do each repair individually (i.e. you can't take the vehicle in once a year and get all the different claim instances done at the same time).
Rude and unhelpful staff.
Avoid like the plague!
