I'm extreme disappointment with my experience with iMPAC Underwriting. I'm left feeling completely unsupported and questioning the value of my policy. "Zultan Treeby" you have made my life miserable. My frustration comes from a pattern of inconsistent decisions. In February, a claim for R10 500 was declined, forcing me to pay out of pocket. Today, I've had another claim for R8 900 declined with a generic explanation, citing a policy clause about oil leaks. It feels like they are making arbitrary "self-decisions" without considering the specifics of my situation. Unfortunately, with Impac, it feels like they are actively looking for any reason to deny a claim rather than assist a long-standing client. The lack of clarity and frustrating inconsistency in their decisions is deeply concerning and frankly, stressful.

Can someone from Cartrack assist me pleaseeeeeeeeeeee. I have a faulty device which drains my car battery every day then i have to ask my neighbor to assist each morning, and this has affected my meetings and work a lot. Every time when i call agents tells me that they sending an email to senior manager for a technician to call me, but i don't receive calls from them. If only i knew how to disconnect this device i would have done it long time ago. My number: 0745422207
So its been a month now waiting for a technician to sort out my faulty device, as i always get calls 3 times a day that "power loss has been detected" i was told that someone will call 3 weeks ago to sort it out, but up until today nothing. No response from sent emails, when i call agents will transfer my call and drop it.
I must say that the level of this service is not what i expected. My device is stuck with repair department for a month now. When i call they always tell me that the IMEI number i used is the old one, but i did send a form with the correct IMEI number. I provided my contact details: cell phone number and email address but i never receive any feedback. i need to call every after 2 days but getting the same story. What else do i need to do now as this device is used for business purpose.
I never thought a simple cellphone screen crack would take weeks to be replaced by csurance. Still today when i call i would wait for 15-20 min just to be told that a quotation has not been received. Its not just a device to me as i use it for all my businesses and now i'm stuck. Musa,
