How do we even claim? Where in the email to claim?
Very bad communication and service They say my service is suspended, but I go onto the supersonic website but when I pay the services are not reconnected, what kind of service is this? Nonsense
Very bad service, paid for my services and they said they will send logins last week, even now I’m still waiting for logins , this is ******* as I am now using my own data and it’s frustrating honestly. They work with Britelink and I also can’t find them. My ID number: 9304256075083
they did only 2 missed calls and sent an email saying the installation scheduling has failed, when i call back they want me to leave a voicemail, seems like you dont really care about your clients is it?
i had a warranty with them for 24 months, that i took through absa which expired last year Decembe and had only claimed once, i started a new warranty with them and i waited for 3 months, then in the 3rd month my car gets issues, I get an RMI approved place and they check everything, send the findings to innovation incluing the quote, pictures and service history. its been 3 days now and the claim hasnt been attended to, no one is assisting us, but the insta;;ments are paid as per contract, and they not doing what they suppose to do. this is wrong in so many ways and not fair at all, i've never experienced such bad service in my life ........
very picky interms of who must get in their food app, i have a good shop with facebook and tik tok and very nice food i logged a call as someone who wants to join and i got a response from a very rude person telling me that my shop needs to have strong social media presence for me to join uber eats, Wow really? whilst you joining guys who dont even have social media? ay this is pure nonsense

Their Service is really bad, their agents keep ignoring whilst they did wrong things I bought a machine, it was hard to configure, had an event and it was not working, and then when it worked, they put in the wrong bank account and money is getting in on another business, when i tell him he sends me the change of bank details form and now he is ignoring me after he told me it will take 1 Day, ay fAAK, this is really bad, now i am stranded, whats wrong with ikhokha? guys dont join them, you will get frustrated, i am moving to Yoco if they dont fix this mxm
joined insurance and i was told it covers tyres and rims but when i claim nothing happens , and their partner claims expert also does nothing about it, its been 2 weeks now and nothing has been done
