If you considering iMPAC Underwriting be prepared to have your claims denied

I'm extreme disappointment with my experience with iMPAC Underwriting. I'm left feeling completely unsupported and questioning the value of my policy. "Zultan Treeby" you have made my life miserable.

My frustration comes from a pattern of inconsistent decisions. In February, a claim for R10 500 was declined, forcing me to pay out of pocket. Today, I've had another claim for R8 900 declined with a generic explanation, citing a policy clause about oil leaks. It feels like they are making arbitrary "self-decisions" without considering the specifics of my situation.

Unfortunately, with Impac, it feels like they are actively looking for any reason to deny a claim rather than assist a long-standing client. The lack of clarity and frustrating inconsistency in their decisions is deeply concerning and frankly, stressful.
