I had a mechanical warranty claim for my gearbox with Impac underwriting managers. When I took my car to Mit Mak, I ws told that they can no longer claim from Impac even though they sold me the warranty. The only requirement for Impac is that a workshop needs to be tax registered and RMI approved, which Mit Mak is, so I have no idea why they aren't allowed to claim from an insurance company who's policies they sold less than year ago and have the requirements needed, anyway not the point. Mit Mak then referred me to Magnanolt mechanical repairs, saying that they trust him explicitly. Magnavolt repairs ended up giving me my car back with two additional problems and a car that was in limp mode with a check engine light on. When I phoned Mit Mak asking how could they let someone like that work on my car, and what they will do to help. I got brushed off with no offer to assist in any way. How is it even possible to not be able to have your car serviced at the workshop where you bought the car from?

My car went in for a warrenty claim for my gearbox. After a week of getting the claim loaded i was told that my car would be ready the following Tuesday. On the day I did not receive any communication from MitMak or the third party repairing my gearbox. I eventually phoned them in the afternoon and was told that they are finishing up and will be on tgeir way shortly. I tried phoning again at 5pm and got no answer. Wednesday I got a hold of them again and they said there was a slight problem but my car will definetly be ready that day. Wednesday evening came and went and i didn't even get a call saying that my car wont be ready. This went on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with empty promises and out right lying to the point where I was told the driver is on his way to deliver my car. We are on Sunday now and I was told yet again "we will finish your car on Saturday and make a plan for you to get it on Sunday", i cant ge a hold of anyone. This is 6 days of being promised every day that my car will be ready on that day. The out right lying is actually stupid.
A big thanks to Hernest, Hennie and the rest of the MitMak service center. I had my car serviced with them. They were timely in the service (i had breakfast at the mitmak cafe while waiting for my service). They told me of additional costs and asked if i was happy before charging me and were very clear with no BS, and to top it all off, sent my car for a very nice wash for free.
A big thanks to the Workshop and CRM team at Mit Mak. I had a sensor problem on my ford fiesta ST, and the team went above and beyond to help me. They picked my car up for my work place all the way in fourways and was on time. I was kept updated on the daily about the progress of my car, they did a full inspection of my vehicle (without me asking) and sent my car back to me in pristine condition. Thank you Henry and and your team, I look forward to buying all of my cars form you in the future.
A big thanks to Henry and the Mit Mak team. I sent my recently bought ST to them with a minor isue on the center console and they didnt only fix what i requested, they gave my car a full vallet and touched up some stone chips on my bumper without me asking. Amazing service
Horrible service and out right lying. I Bought a ford fiesta ecoboost from Lazarus Ford Centurion. I noticed that the front bumper of thecar wasa bit loose. I told this to the salesman (Charles) and he assured me its just a bracket that is loose, so i sent the car back to ford to "click the bracket back in". When i received the car again Charles assured me that he and the workshop went through thecar with a fine comb and everything is perfect and that all fiestas have that amouny of play kn the front bumper (on kneside only). I was not happy and paid an independent company to evaluate the car. They found that the bumper had 3 brackets broken and could easily be spotted by a mechanic and 3 of tge four wheels have been repaired before. I would not trust Lazarus Ford Centurion at all
A big thanks to Wynand and Hanro at Mit Mak.I had my car delivered to my works place today (I did not even have to take time off work),and the team showed me one or 2 things that they repaired (I use the term repair, but there was really nothing wrong to begin with) that i didnt even notice. I honestly think this car is almost in better condition than a new one. The attention to detail and great customer service is increbile. THANKS GUYS!!
The team at Mit Mak really went over and above to help me. They sent one of their members (Hanro) all the way from PTA to my home in Santon with the fiesta ST that i was interrested so that I can view the car. And as promised, the car was spotless. I am now in the process of buying the ST and look forward to working with the Mit Mak team
