After two previous incidents where items where marked at one price and scanned as another, I have tried to avoid Impala Fruit & Flowers (Lifestyle Crossing).<br> <br> On Wednesday time constraints forced me to call on them as I needed flowers for a client's function.<br> <br> On my way to the checkout I noticed fresh stock being brought in, at which point I exchanged some of the flowers I initially took. <br> The new stock was on the floor with all the other stock and was not marked or separate. <br> <br> Heading to the counter I was confronted by Pedro (Co-owner), rudely demanding that I return the flowers as he claimed it was for an order. <br> His demeanor was agitated and animated, and resulted in his own employees reprimanding him on his unprofessional and disrespectful conduct. <br> <br> I refused to return the stock in view of the fact that it was on the main floor with the other stock, that his personnel sided with me and the previous incidents.<br> <br> One could still hear him shouting after having paid and leaving the store. <br> \I don't want to see you ever again
