We are a retail company that ships goods from our store to clients directly using Imperial Express on a regular basis. i placed an order for delivery, a Johannesburg delivery which takes 1 Business day as we are located in Sandton. After making several enquiries on the delivery, it was stated that the driver could not find the address, and the stock was taken back to the depot. Upon further investigation i was promised to have delivery again in the evening at 8 PM to which i notified my client. This delivery was not even placed. I called Imperial Express in the morning after i was notified that delivery was not made by the client, who does not want to accept delivery any longer. As a result we have lost a client as well as the recurring business.
