We have always had very good service from Ewc Couriers but since they have become Imperial Express the service has become shocking. Our parcels have been lost, without anybody notifying us. Non collection of our parcels. We have to phone 3 or 4 times for our goods to be collected. When they are collected they are delivered more than a week later. The drivers are extremely rude to our staff. The staff handling our account never return our calls. Our parcels from Joburg to Durban arrive damaged. We have witnessed the drivers throwing our goods into the delivery vehicle, its no wonder they arrive damaged. When we ask the drivers not to throw are parcels into the truck, they pass rude comments. I have lodged a complaint with the branch manager Sandra Smith, who replied a few days later to say she was out of the office, that was on the 21st May and have not heard from her since. When I have tried calling her, she will not take my calls. This is regarding our outstanding parcels that have not been delivered and also our lost parcel.
