I experience a problem with ford, booked in my car on the 4th October 2019 for clutch problem , they call me on the following week on Monday told me that my car have a gear box problem , I told them that my car still under mechanical warranty , she ask the insurance details , I email to the lady was dealing with my car , again she called on Tuesday to tell me that my car problem cost about R75000 exclusive labour , I was so shocked but I just say speak to my insurance and then we take it from there , they keep quiet again 3fays after I call the lady she said she call my insurance when I call my insurance they said they didn't receive any call in connection with my car and what was worse they not communicating with me until I call them myself , they call my insurance on the 21st October since from the 4th my car was with them , when they arrange with my insurance , my insurance tell them to notify me that they going to strip the car to take pictures for the damage but not a single call from them notifying me , when I went to them to find out that lady told me that everything stuck in the admin she ask all documents from admin , I call again to speak to the manager the manger told me that he will sort up , I went there again on the end of October she promised that they will strip the car , and the insurance called me told me that is no communication with them its almost a month now , I went to them to take my car to another mechanic where they diagnosed the car that its clutch problem , what I'm trying to say the service at imperial ford paarden eiland is very bad.
