Good day I was working for Hyundai under Imperial Logistics Limited and Motus Holdings Limited Retirement Fund, and NMG I think they work together with cedar for provident fund I resigned last year July,till date I have never received my provident money and I submitted all the relevant documents I have emailed,called and asked for assistance from both the companies and the company I worked it’s unfortunate deductions will be made monthly as you work through out but when you need to get your share it takes 8 months? Please help

On 10/01/2024 at 06:50am me and my family were traveling on the N1 north. When we were in the aria of the Piere van Ryneveld bridge on the N1 a Imperial truck with the logo of Woolworths registration nr FJ 40 GK GP and fleet nr TM 1473 made an unsafe lane change into the third lane to pass a smaller truck. Traveling at a speed of 120km/h this massive truck just swung in front of my car. This incident could have lead to a fatal accident. Not only was my life threatened by this incident and my property in danger. Imperial your trucks are worth a lot of money and this accident could have potentially coursed you loss in income. If a truck is not transporting goods that truck is not generating an income. Not to mention the financial implications to repair damages. Woolworths has their logo on the truck and is most likely their goods in this truck which has implications for them as well as their goods need to not get to a shop it can not be sold , not to mention if their goods are damaged in an accident. I did report the driving to the nr on the back off the truck and to my utter surprise neither the fleet nr nor the registration could be picked up by your tracking compony. Is the operator protecting the driver? Thus not only is your driver not taking in to accountability the lives of other road users, on already very unsafe roads, and is being careless with your goods and trucks. Your Tracking company is being careless with your fleet and your goods. I'm sure that you are aware that you have the potential of great loss if your fleet is not being managed properly.

I was unfairly dismissed by Micon Water 3rd party under imperial on the 17th of June 2023, tried to request assistance from Shop stewards process was going smoothly till it wasn’t talked about anymore.

I purchased an Audi S5 over 4 years ago the car had issues, it was sent to Audi sports center benoni , but prior to this it was sent to one of the sales people contact at Brian who literally broke my car. Then David Reid assisted me 2 years ago and up till now I do not have my car. I was driving on the concrete highway and saw my Audi S5 sports back parked on then side of the off ramp towards midrand.i want to knw where my car is as now I will open a case of theft.kindly return my car with 99102 km

On the 11 August 2022 I called 0861 580 580 as displayed on the Imperial Logistics truck to report that the truck came speeding and ran me out of the road and over a huge pavement and sped off. When I caught up with the truck the driver flashed the middle finger to me. I made the first call to Mix Telematics (0861 580 580) at 16:46 and spoke to a guy who took my details and said that he will call me back in a few minutes. I told him that it is not even 5 minutes since the incident happened and I am actually following the truck as we speak. He never called me back. At 16:51agin on the 11 August 2022 I called Mix Telematics again and spoke to a guy named Jarred. He said there is no record of my previous call and started from scratch to take my report. At that time I had taken clear pictures of the back and front of the deadly truck since I followed it (and I still have the pictures) and I gave him all the details that he requested for and he said that Imperial will call me directly within 48 hours . When I asked for the call reference he said I must call back and state his name and I will be assisted. I have not heard anything from Imperial or Mix Telematics till today. The details I gave to Jarred from the clear pictures: Tailer details: reg CA 595-047 and tracking number TE1333 Horse details: reg CA 813-100 and tracking number H1363 I called Mix Telematics again on the 16 August 2022 at 16:09 since I was not hearing anything from them and I spoke to Sithembile who said she is at Mix KZN. She said there is no record whatsoever of my previous 2 calls and she took yet another report from scratch and said Imperial will be in contact with me in 48 hours. I told her that my front right has a very bad squicking sound since that incident. Yet again she said there is no reference number for my call and promised that Imperial will contact me. It is now the 31 August 2022 and I have not heard a single word from Imperial or Mix Telematics. Imperial advertises the number 0861 580 580 to report bad driving on their vehicles and when I call to do that (3 times over) I am overlooked and swept under the carpet like garbage. I want my car fixed!!! Mix Telematics and Imperial Logistics are a bunch of responsibility evading goons habouring wreckless drivers that will kill us all, 1 by 1 on the roads.

Ford has a very good name in the industry, but it's people that drag their name through the mud. I had first hand experience at the Motus Ford Diepriver branch. I can't say it's the sales people but truly management themselves. Refering to Dealer principle himself Taariq Jacobs. Who tells me that a courtesy car is not a right. Yes it is a not a right but its a courtesy from Ford. I literally begged them for a courtesy car to take my kids to school to go work, they refused because I went to Miosa with my case. My cars engine literally blew after 6 months. Problems started after having the car for 5 days. Ford now wants me to pay 10k to look at the car. They are now upset with me for going to Miosa bearing in mind that I am paying them a car installment of R4500 every month still even though I don't have a car. I now have been without a vehicle for 2 months and all they do is ignore my emails. By far I've never been given such bad service in my life and never imagine that it will come from such a big Icon in the market place. But like I said it's people that Ford employ that gives them a bad name.
