Ford has a very good name in the industry, but it's people that drag their name through the mud. I had first hand experience at the Motus Ford Diepriver branch. I can't say it's the sales people but truly management themselves. Refering to Dealer principle himself Taariq Jacobs. Who tells me that a courtesy car is not a right. Yes it is a not a right but its a courtesy from Ford. I literally begged them for a courtesy car to take my kids to school to go work, they refused because I went to Miosa with my case. My cars engine literally blew after 6 months. Problems started after having the car for 5 days. Ford now wants me to pay 10k to look at the car. They are now upset with me for going to Miosa bearing in mind that I am paying them a car installment of R4500 every month still even though I don't have a car. I now have been without a vehicle for 2 months and all they do is ignore my emails. By far I've never been given such bad service in my life and never imagine that it will come from such a big Icon in the market place. But like I said it's people that Ford employ that gives them a bad name.
