******, disappointing

-10 rating. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a bike and paid for it. 3 days later they sent me a message saying the order was cancelled because the supplier couldn't supply it and they would refund me in 15 working days. Why do they advertise something that their supplier can't supply? Why don't they refund immediately? This was a very Disappointing Process.; These guys are ******, don't take a chance on them.
