I worked for IQP for almost 7 years. I started as a sector manager and later got promoted to Security manager at Longbeach Mall on the Growthpoint portfolio where I interviewed and trained my own compliment we received 95-100% KPIs every single month during this time. During this time in 2019 I did firearm training for business proficiency handgun, shotgun, selfloading and manually operated rifle. I never received my training certificates only a very bad hand delivered copy of my statement of results only to discover that my ID number was incorrectly submitted by the incompetence Imvula calls a training department rendering all those modules i did absolutely worthless. At the end of the contract I was visited by the then Business unit manager who informed me that it would be in my best interest to stay on with the company taking over because there was no available posts should I stay with imvula. I have attempted numerous times over the years to have them remedy their mistakes but all I've received to date is wasted airtime and unanswered emails. Their answer to complaints is to blatantly ignore them. Truly the worst security company to work for in South-Africa.
