*****ULENTLY USED DOCUMENTS
Hellopeter After signing the contract of employment with this company, I didn't work for them but my documents *****ulently used to hire someone else for five years froom 2010 to 2015! That left me with huge debt at SARS. I proved myself at SARS that I never worked for this company and they advised me to tell this company to remove or withdraw the submissions they made on my name and ID but the company HR refused and said only the court that will tell them to remove the submissions not anybody else! Till to date I am struggling to get my money back from SARS because of that.

Bonus payment not payed since last month
I have been waiting for my bonus payment from the company mentioned above. And I have been waiting from last month and when I call to do follow up on why I haven't received my bonus since my contract has been terminated, I don't get straight answer. I have written email and no response as well. So if no response or any help from now, I will have to take further steps.

Unfair labour practice
Imvula Quality Protection with unfair labour practice. The company mentioned above is abusing workers in the name of if you loose this it won't be easy to get another job. People are working more than 30 days no off and they are even not allowed to take leave. When they speak their mind their told to they will loose their job. And all this is happening on one of their site at Germiston at Albany. Is a security job but they are doing something way above their pay grade of security,while the guards get no extra cash or bonus but supervisor and manager are getting bonuses every months

Control room operator
Such an unprofessional company! They called us for an interview, when we got there and met a very rude old man who is responsible for the aptitude tests, he kept on yelling at the people who were writing the tests and treating those job seekers like trash. We were then taken to another building where we wrote an aptitude test away from the old man, upon passing the test we were told to wait somewhere to be interviewed. We waited for over an hour only for the lady to come and tell us that the position was put on hold and that they will call us again for an interview. On hold how? Because we didn’t do a walk in, they called us. I mean do these people care about their employees? Do they ever consider that one might have borrowed that money to go for an interview? That has highlighted that already the company is not a good working environment, so inconsiderate and unprofessional! Fortunately for me I wasn’t desperate to be hired as I already have a hustle that makes twice the money that they offer in a month but….I would rather sell vegetables with a trolley on the streets than to work under such misery!

Imvula Quality Protection is the worst company to work for.
I worked for IQP for almost 7 years. I started as a sector manager and later got promoted to Security manager at Longbeach Mall on the Growthpoint portfolio where I interviewed and trained my own compliment we received 95-100% KPIs every single month during this time. During this time in 2019 I did firearm training for business proficiency handgun, shotgun, selfloading and manually operated rifle. I never received my training certificates only a very bad hand delivered copy of my statement of results only to discover that my ID number was incorrectly submitted by the incompetence Imvula calls a training department rendering all those modules i did absolutely worthless. At the end of the contract I was visited by the then Business unit manager who informed me that it would be in my best interest to stay on with the company taking over because there was no available posts should I stay with imvula. I have attempted numerous times over the years to have them remedy their mistakes but all I've received to date is wasted airtime and unanswered emails. Their answer to complaints is to blatantly ignore them. Truly the worst security company to work for in South-Africa.

IMVULA operates like ********s at BMW HEAD OFFICE
Rude, abusive and threatening at BMW head office. Seems like THEY are the ********s using their position to harass and intimidate visitors. Security system is brainless and idiotic. This is a ******** agency taking photos of you and your vehicle and they have your ID as well. BMW still can’t explain what they want with your information.

Imvula Quality Protection
Thanks Imvula Quality Protection for peace of mind. We have a large 24/7 operation and pilferage and has dramatically dropped since they took over our security. Guards are always presentable and very well trained. I would recommend them to anyone serious about security
