It's been 2weeks now with out water I have paid was was said to be owed but still my water has not been reconnected. Account 556991672. Now I was told my stuff has not been sent to them for approval.
Please be advised that this company gives very poor service when you are claiming they are a group of Gangs taking companies here in South Africa. regarding a claim requested in February they still give us a run around with the documents stunt. Bad service to its clients
