Hellopeter After signing the contract of employment with this company, I didn't work for them but my documents *****ulently used to hire someone else for five years froom 2010 to 2015! That left me with huge debt at SARS. I proved myself at SARS that I never worked for this company and they advised me to tell this company to remove or withdraw the submissions they made on my name and ID but the company HR refused and said only the court that will tell them to remove the submissions not anybody else! Till to date I am struggling to get my money back from SARS because of that.
