Poor service after loan approval from bank

I write this review because my daughter was approved for her structure to be put up, there excuse is due to weather but we were told the place got put up in 1 day, after a month they confirm thetmy going to put the structor up.

I spoke to the regional manager Mansoor who also don't listen to the situation. And look for an alternative but told me it's long weekend that is why the going to put it up after the weekend

I did explain to him that eskom is busy this week installing electricity to the structures
