Trustworthy and Affordable
All I can say is thank you for restoring my trust in doing business with local suppliers. I've been ****med out of my hard earned money previously when I made use of foreigners advertising their services online. After doing some research I came across Imvusa Timberworks who had been in business for 17 years, giving me much reassurance knowing I'm dealing with a trusted business. I visited their factory to discuss my accommodation requirements. We finalized and agreed upon my quotation. Everything was done on time as per our discussion and within budget. Thank you once again for the service provided, will recommend to family and friends

Exceptional Customer Service
I am more than Happy with the professionalism and service supp**** by Imvusa Timberworks. From the initial quotation to my delivery and installation the experience has been nothing but exceptional. Thank you Hazel and the team who did the installation for your friendly nature and customer centric focus. Highly recommended. Lack of telephone etiquette
Company has no telephone etiquette, literally had to contact them everyday to make arrangements on which date my site would be installed. Screaming and cursing over the phone with a paid up client that needs to make arrangements and throwing the phone down in their face you bet this is one company who's running a registered business i would never recommend. Very unprofessional and extremely unpleasant experience.

Stay away
Don't use this company. They use rejected timber to save cost. Nothing is straight and timber is warped, full of bark and knots that fall out. Gaps in the floor and very uneven with nails and ***** sticking out. Once they have your money... You on the back burner. Lining is uneven and cut badly with big off angle gaps. The sales teams pitch is good but thats where it ends. And the audacity to ask me to sign off the job. I have to pay 6k to fix the floor alone. They can't even hang a door properly. 2 months of stress for a piece of **** nutec. No pvc conduits for wiring which should be standard in wendy or nutec. Floor planks started breaking where the knots are and i have to fix it myself. The distribution board is so close to the door it gets banged when i open the door... Fire hazard of note. The gaps in the nutec sheets were so big they had to use wood planks to close it. My nutec looks more like a wendy house. I'm taking this up with Nedbank.

Poor service after loan approval from bank
I write this review because my daughter was approved for her structure to be put up, there excuse is due to weather but we were told the place got put up in 1 day, after a month they confirm thetmy going to put the structor up. I spoke to the regional manager Mansoor who also don't listen to the situation. And look for an alternative but told me it's long weekend that is why the going to put it up after the weekend I did explain to him that eskom is busy this week installing electricity to the structures

Bad service! Very unhappy
Bad service! They never pick up their phone, I've sent an email last year got no reply, I re sent my documents a week ago and a lady named Cara Lee sent me a whatsapp number, to which I replied they said I'll get a sms and a CV all from their finance department stating whether I am approved or not. I am still waiting!! Sent messages no reply! How do u deal with this?

Bad service!
