Disgusted, sick and tired ,pathetic work ethic
I do not know why i should even give them 1 star! I have been struggling to get my married status to widowed for more than 2 decades. Years of going there, years of emails. Human rights Commission, public protector, nothing! They simply not budging. I cannot get married, my life has been affected, my son's life have been affected. My partner and i wishes to be married, in fact, decades ago already but we cannot. Why do they wanna keep this dead person alive on their system, is he gonna live forever because they do NOT want to do their job.

Lack of telephone etiquette
Company has no telephone etiquette, literally had to contact them everyday to make arrangements on which date my site would be installed. Screaming and cursing over the phone with a paid up client that needs to make arrangements and throwing the phone down in their face you bet this is one company who's running a registered business i would never recommend. Very unprofessional and extremely unpleasant experience.
