BAD ATTITUDE WITH NO SENCE OF URGENCY

Was appointed to do tiling through Outsurance. Had to cancell them and get another tiler myself due to total lack of urgency and blatend arogance. stil charged outsurance over a R1000 to do nothing but come out and give arrogant remarks. Outsurance should never appoint them again and people should avoid using them.
