I made several successful investments with some brokers online before losing 80% of my savings to the trading broker. It cost me so much money and pain to invest in a broker that was not even real. But All thanks to Mrs Lilo grace for helping recover all my losses back. I am currently investing with { lilo grace help desk } because they are reliable. Was appointed to do tiling through Outsurance. Had to cancell them and get another tiler myself due to total lack of urgency and blatend arogance. stil charged outsurance over a R1000 to do nothing but come out and give arrogant remarks. Outsurance should never appoint them again and people should avoid using them.

After a horrible experience with a claim through Outsurance, this company went above and beyond to make sure that our home was dealt with the uttermost care. They arrived early and eager to help in any way that they could. They were friendly and professional and kept us updated through the process of rewiring our geyser. We were impressed by their problem solving skills as our house is quite old and hadn’t been updated in years. Although they had to cut a hole in our ceiling to be able to rewire our geyser, they had a team come through the following day to create an access panel that looked amazing once done. They even offered to paint the ceiling surrounding the access panel to make it match and we are highly impressed with the results. We’d like to thank the team for their professionalism and their excellent work.

Mr Fareed Solomons (owner) and his building assessor Mr Nizaam Naidoo of Imvusa Trading 679 CC in Cape Town are complete and utter scam artists. Anyone unlucky enough to be assigned them as contractors through Outsurance should reject them and request a reputable contractor instead. These guys came in to assess what should have been a very small quick paint job in a heritage building and instead decided to completely fabricate extra work in order to pad the claim. Not only did they add extra unnecessary work to the claim but they completely and unnecessarily destroyed the ceilings in our kitchen, bathroom and passage way as well as rip out all the original oregon pine cornices which they then took away from the property and failed to bring back. Their business is both stealing from clients (by stealing their property and presumably selling it) and then stealing from the insurance company by padding the claim and charging more for bad workmanship and poor quality materials. What they did is completely illegal and they should not ever be allowed to set foot on heritage properties. Outsurance clearly don't vet their service providers properly and it saddens me to think how many other unsuspecting people might be put in the same situation by assuming Outsurance will send qualified professionals.

Very disappointed in this company, been waiting 2 weeks for a nutec to be put up. They cannot give me a date and they don't inform you as the client what is happening. When they want a sale and your application is approved they hound you to come in even prepared to fetch you at your home but now its time to deliver you can get nothing out of them. MANSOOR AND BOETA don't know how to followup with clients. I am sitting outside imvuza right now but they closed for lunch from now till 2 but I will wait.

Don't use this company. They use rejected timber to save cost. Nothing is straight and timber is warped, full of bark and knots that fall out. Gaps in the floor and very uneven with nails and *****s sticking out. Once they have your money... You on the back burner. Lining is uneven and cut badly with big off angle gaps. The sales teams pitch is good but thats where it ends. And the audacity to ask me to sign off the job. F*** you Imvusa, I have to pay 6k to fix the floor alone. They can't even hang a door properly. 2 months of stress for a piece of sh** nutec. No pvc conduits for wiring which should be standard in wendy or nutec. Floor planks started breaking where the knots are and i have to fix it myself. The distribution board is so close to the door it gets banged when i open the door... Fire hazard of note. The gaps in the nutec sheets were so big they had to use wood planks to close it. My nutec looks more like a wendy house. I'm taking this up with Nedbank. Gemos puppet company

Imvusa Trading is the worst company to do business with, I will never ever again and neither will I recommend any person to do any kind of business with them and the fact that a prestige bank like Nedbank helps to finance clients for them, it’s appalling. They lie all the time A job that should have taken 2 weeks or less ended up taking 3 months The concrete they threw ended up not being concrete they used more sand than cement the floor doesn’t look like concrete and the cement comes loose all the time, we ended up have a problem to lay vinyl laminated flooring over than because the entire floor was loose. It is a disaster that’s costing us more money, what a rip off. In the process of laying those floors they damaged my walls and broke my children’s cupboard which I complained about but to this day never received feedback. They come here one day without notifying us they coming bacause I complained and they just came in and ripped my furniture out of my home cuz they now wanted to complete the job in 1 day after we complained and ended up breaking by children’s cupboard, no apology nothing. If you call they tell lies and give all kinds of stories, their secretary Rabia is rude and speaks over you. The so called manager Munsoor is also not very accommodating and full of lies. They don’t call you, you have to call after them all the time, my sister inlaw had the same issues with them not knowing what we were experiencing with them and she has out her lawyer in their case because of their bad service. They use cheap material. They got their money upfront but I had to call after them every week to get them to come and complete a job, if their guys do come out they come 12 or 1 pm in the afternoon to come work for 2 or 3 hours then leave again and then they still takes breaks in between and smoke dagga on your property. It was honestly the worst experience me and my family has ever endured with a company.
