I booked a dinner at Chief Boma, Indaba Hotel through Dineplan for 3rd October. After my grandmother passed away, I cancelled the booking on 30th October and requested a refund. I submitted all required documents on 15th October, but despite a follow-up on 23rd, I've received no update on when the funds would reflect in my account. The lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable. 1/5 stars
