We recently booked at Indaba chef boma for lunch and paid online on the 7th Sept to celebrate a birthday lunch on Monday the 8th sept. Monday morning around past 8am we received a call that our lunched has been cancelled as it's only 3 of us who booked. We were so disappointed as we had already planned our day. They asked us to come for dinner but due to work schedule we couldn't accept the offer instead we asked for refund as it's them who cancelled on us. I have been calling asking for refund but am being sent pillar to post from Surprise to Richard the manager been promised your refund will be processed Mon n Monday passes and today it's end of month still no refund. Now I want to report them to Consumer Protection Act. I will never let this slide paying a R1100 and being told your appointment is called in less than 48hours it's ridiculous. Customer service is baàaaad I will not recommend this to anyone. They don't value their customers .
