Warning signs not displayed

I booked a Baptisimal lunch for my family and I on the 27th of November. Upon entering the restaurant's entrance, I slipped, fell and landed on my head while holding my 9 month old baby in my arms. The entrance was wet and they only put the signs on after I fell. My hips were terribly sore but what is even scarier is how badly my infant could have been injured due to the hotel's negligence. I wrote email after email and until today I have not heard from them.

Please consider other places in the area for meals.
