I called to speak to the sales department as Indequity came highly recommended. However I was taken aback by the receptionist bad attitude. I though it might be an isolated issue, but looking at the reviews it not. She put me through to the claims department, even though I specifically said that I am a prospective new client?

Unfortunately your sales department was too difficult to reach.
I don't understand how I ended up speaking to claims? Everyone kept asking me for my policy number. I don't have a policy number as I am not a client. I tried explaining but gave up.
I decided to go with another insurance company instead.
