They are refusing to give me my money back!

I moved out of Indlu living on the 30th of June 2024. An inspection was done and I was approved to receive my deposit back which is R2700. I haven’t been assisted to this day. I’ve sent numerous emails to their office but no one is willing to help me. My agent keeps telling me he is assisting me but I’m the one that keeps checking with him. This company is a **** I’ve sent my bank details to them but I haven’t been refunded.
